Dr.Bachman did a root canal and filled my tooth. I am so appreciative for him. For saving my smile!! Thank you for making me super comfortable.
Staff was GREAT dentist not so much. Found him to be arrogant and acted annoyed that I was there. Then after telling him specifically that I had taken 800mg of ibuprofen and all it did was upset my stomach...he hands me a rx for 800mg of ibuprofen!!! I felt insulted and was treated as if I was drug seeking. I was in so much pain and could not believe that I took off work and sat there in pain for 3 hours to be handed a rx for ibuprofen which I already had in my purse...are you kidding me...cannot believe he has good reviews,... read more
I'm done with my second of three appointments and I really like Mark. He's quick, efficient, caring, and explains everything he's doing while he's doing it. I've had a lot of dentists but Mark's way high up in that list.
My sister has been trying to find dental work for three business days now, and we've had the worst luck with all sorts of clinics. We either are not in network or are roped in for a consultation wasting time with similar results. This dental Care clinic was not in our Network as well, but the difference is they took the time to suggest areas that may work. I took an extra time to help because I believe they care. Out of 10 clinics I've spoken with, this is the first where I walked away feeling good.
