oops, I don't know how to updste a review, but one important item. I called yesterday hoping to get an appointment either yesterday, today or tomorrow. As expected, they're slots were all full.. they had a cancellation today and Makayla called me to see if I wanted that slot. YES PLEASE! AND THANK YOU!

Dr. Bachman was very sweet and fast and thorough; however, whomever they have managing the lenses and frames area was unpleasant, unhelpful, and rude. This was my first experience doing anything vision-doctor related, so I didn’t know how any of it worked and it was clear she had no interest in explaining anything because she looked at me like I had six heads when I asked a clarifying question.
