Shane is the best. Very tentative to my needs.
I called to make appointment for my transmission to be serviced because of the transmission service soon light came on the dash of my truck. so we went and the service department said my truck was there for a engine oil change which was wrong, so we then had to make a appointment and it was 2 weeks or more out, so then we came back to our appointment and Joe at the service department said they would take care of us we then asked for a loner vehicle they didn't have one at the time, our truck was at the dealership for a week ... read more

Car was in two weeks. First week wasn’t even touched. Service advisor was told correct phone number — including area code. He even called me. Then told me he was calling a wrong number. Emails were shared with service manager who didn’t follow up either. Service department might be good at turning wrenches. But they excel at excuses and bad communication.
Overall poor experience. 1) Three weeks for an appointment to diagnose and work on a possible transmission. 2) Dropped off my vehicle for service. No updates, no calls, no follow up. 3) I started calling after 2 days, no answer. Texted the service advisor, no answer. The phone # takes you to "Alex" an "AI Digital Assistant". 4 ) Drove to the dealer, waited for a service advisor to finally acknowledge me... who was busier talking to the office lady in the window...
