Got me in and out on a oil change/tire rotation
Chevy Malibus apparently have a common fault in the gear shifter that can prevent parking and stopping the car. I was charged an exorbitant amount of money in labor for what was a fast repair. My last three cars were all Malibus. My last two cars were bought at Bachman. My next car is very unlikely to be bought at Bachman and unlikely to be a Chevy, either, after this experience.
It took me 3 weeks to get an appointment, then 4 days and $450 to be told my window switch and door handle needed to be replaced, keeping in mind that I called to make an appointment to have my window switch and door handle replaced which I described the problem and what I wanted done in detail a second time when I dropped my car off. I have purchased 2 brand new cars from Bachman in the past 6 years. I was getting ready to buy a truck from there until my last appointment. My 2021 Trailblazer has several recalls (not Bachman's fault) & needed some warranty work done. I bought the bumper-to-bumper warranty for 6 years. When I made the appointment, I requested a loaner or assistance with transportation. I have text messages from the service center saying, "come on in, we will figure it out".
