Car was in two weeks. First week wasn’t even touched. Service advisor was told correct phone number — including area code. He even called me. Then told me he was calling a wrong number. Emails were shared with service manager who didn’t follow up either. Service department might be good at turning wrenches. But they excel at excuses and bad communication.

Overall poor experience. 1) Three weeks for an appointment to diagnose and work on a possible transmission. 2) Dropped off my vehicle for service. No updates, no calls, no follow up. 3) I started calling after 2 days, no answer. Texted the service advisor, no answer. We made an appointment for repairs at the body shop. The repairs were done in record time. The price we were charged was extremely reasonable. We could not be happier here. We recommend Bachman Chevrolet to anyone who needs repairs done to their automobile.

We scheduled appointment to recalibrate our car's windshield after replacement. We received numerous reminders about appointment. We dropped off car and the repair was never done. We scheduled with Bob Hook Chevy and they got us in without any fuss and did the calibration with no trouble. We won't be going back to Bachman even though that is where we bought our car.

I arrived at my appointment early as traffic wasn't as bad as expected. Terence Thompson went ahead and checked me in even though I was early which was much appreciated. My truck was serviced as I requested and was ready as promised. Thank you!
