i bought a vehicle from this place and they sold me a warranty thru M**** and when i took the vehicle in for service they told me that they didnt accept the warranty that they sold me on. im done with them. Bought my last Chevy anything and anything made by them as it sits in my drive undrivable.
I wish I read the reviews before getting my car towed here. The worst service I’ve ever had in my life! Was driving through from out of town and my car got damaged from the road. Got it towed here and had to head back home. it was over a month till I got in contact with any one. I called weekly and left voicemails and no return call back. For over a month! Terrible service department designed to make you forfeit you're warranty. They do not take appointments for oil changes. You have to come for 1st come 1st serve. I get there at 7 AM they don't open till 730 it still takes 3 and a 1/2 hours to get an oil change.
I don't have a good experience to share about this company and inconvenience and lack of respect for my time due to purchasing a brand new 2022 ***** equinox from them April of 2022, and for my brand new tire to have a plug in it, my windshield is cracked, my starter went out last month and my car is back again because it is struggling to start, white smoke is coming from the tailpipe and the check engine light is on!!! To make matters even worst, they are not accommodating me by providing me a rental to at least get to work... read more
I am beyond upset with Bachman Chevrolet located at 9650 bluegrass Pkwy Louisville, ky 40299!!!! I traded my 2017 used ***** equinox in March of 2022 for a brand new 2022 Chevy Equinox , I drove it right off the showroom floor. Only for the tire sensor to come on when I arrived home. I figured it have went low just from sitting but putting air in brand new tires was something I had to do almost everyday for a couple of months. I purchased a used vehicle from Bachman Chevrolet, and traded my current vehicle. They went through my vehicle and gave thorough inspection and test drive. When they presented me with a appraisal of my trade, they listed everything that was wrong with it, and deducted from the value of the vehicle. After being rushed through the purchase of the purchased vehicle, it picked up the following day. They did not disclose any known notes on the vehicle. Bachman advertises a teacher discount (https://www.bachmansubaru.net/subaru-teacher-discount.htm). When you contact them they say they are not giving any discounts now due to the supply shortage. I informed them they need to remove the discount from their website and it is still out there weeks later.
I owe a lot to Dave our salesman who sold my husband and I a new ********* Colorado July 3rd right before closing for the holidays. He never pressured us, always answered our questions, compared the difference when we asked. For me, David treated me as a human being, working around my disability, he truly cares about his clients, not because he has to.
