I thought they were a good office until they sent me to collections for $6.37. And since it's already been sent to a third party collections I can't pay it in the office. If they're going to send patients to collections for $6.37 then I don't want their services. I paid $600 for a crown and the office is going to send me to collections for $7!
Dr Bachicha is by far the most attentive and thorough dentist that has worked on my teeth. She explains what she's doing to the patient as well as listens to concerns. I highly recommend this dentist.
These people were great at first. Absolutely top notch as far as their dentistry work. But like every dentist I've been, they seem completely and utterly incompetent when it comes to the regular everyday office stuff. I had no end of billing trouble, usually leaving me pay out of pocket because the office was unable to bill properly (leaving my expensive, dental 'insurance' completely useless).
