I went there to get a watch sized and and they treated me as if I was making a large purchase. Any retailer that understands the value of treating everybody that way will get my business when I make my next watch purchase.
Not allowed to wear sun glasses inside of store. Rude store employee. Constantly interrupting the customer. Not sure where to start but I can tell you this, if you own a BREITLING watch, find another authorized dealer to have your basic service done and DO NOT TAKE any other high end timepiece to have a simple battery replaced. I have a Tag Heuer quartz and while my BREITLING emergency watch was being serviced I needed a battery in the Tag.
