Last week I decided to buy a particular Longines watch. It appeared to be available online from Longines, but I thought buying the watch from a local jeweler (even if the jeweler had to order it) might afford two advantages. After losing our wedding bands to the California wildfires. Paolo and his team were able to get us replacements, even for a completely custom eternity band, within a tight time frame before the wedding. Actually, beating the expected date of completion the same week of the wedding by 7 days. We will certainly be coming back when it is time for more jewelry, thanks again.

Took a watch in that I had not bought at the store with a new strap, also not bought at the store. Justin Schultz could not have been more helpful in attaching the new strap to the watch at no charge. I didn’t expect that but was very appreciative. They have a new customer. Steve

Called to set an in person appointment to get on a list for a Rolex. I live down in Austin, but there is only one authorized dealer here and I have been on the list for over a year and haven't heard from them. The associate I spoke to at Bachendorf's effectively refused my business when I tried to set a visit in person (to prove I am a legitimate buyer) and said they wouldn't put me on a list if I lived out of town. Absurd, plenty of your competitors do this, and I am actively on lists in other different cities.

This store provides wonderful jewelry repair services. I have had my wedding ring cleaned and repaired here several times. They took photos of my ring before it was taken to be repaired, which gave me assurance of its safety. The store is well guarded, and the staff are very kind. Once my ring was finished, they provided me an update via text/phone. I'm so grateful for their service because my wedding ring is very special to me, symbolizing the love my husband and I share. Thank you so much.
