Not sure where to start but I can tell you this, if you own a BREITLING watch, find another authorized dealer to have your basic service done and DO NOT TAKE any other high end timepiece to have a simple battery replaced. I have a Tag Heuer quartz and while my BREITLING emergency watch was being serviced I needed a battery in the Tag.
