I got a Tudor black bay 68 from this shop. Matthew was incredibly helpful, and when we told him what kind of watch we were looking for, he set one aside for us. We were in a rush to get the watch as a gift and Bachendorf’s took amazing care of us and was very communicative.
I recently stopped in to look at watches and get some suggestions for upgrading my wife’s original wedding ring. Greg was amazing to work with. I never felt rushed or that he was just trying to make a sale. He took the time to understand what we wanted and gave us several options to choose from. It’s obvious he genuinely cares about his customers. Thanks to Bachendorf’s and Greg for making it a great shopping experience.
I've bought a Rolex Air King and a Tudor BB from Greg, and he's an absolute pleasure to work with. Always takes the time to answer my questions and let me try on my dream watches. Looking forward to many more purchases in the future. I would give 6 stars if they had Diet Coke!!
