Please do yourself a huge favor and LISTEN to these reviews! I am living in one of their subsidized housing apartments and it’s not kept up anymore, not since the manager here pretty much pushed the awesome maintenance man out. She just harassed him something fierce until he just decided to leave the company. Nothing is ever cleaned here anymore. The stairwells are filthy and have been that way for months! Watched my daughter and her family go through this nightmare. The Bachand Group made a difficult move and transition worse by withholding their security deposit and charging them for bogus damages upon move out that were well documented and never fixed prior to their moving in!! They are unresponsive and irresponsible landlords. Tenant beware!!!
Bachand compliance manager Wendy King is the best of the best. She always does her job well, by answering any and all questions, she is very honest, trusted and fair. I have rented from the Bachands for 7 years and there is nobody better! Keep up the awesome work Wendy!
Do not rent from these scammers. They will avoid maintenance on your living space for as long as they feel that they are able. If you call them or email them they will ignore your calls. When you finally manage to escape their clutches they will not only hoard away your security deposit, but they will charge you thousands of dollars for repairs.
