RENTERS BEWARE: I am a former 2 year tenant of Bachand Group. Bachand Group is genuinely the WORST management company I have ever rented with in my life. Firstly, their communication with their tenants is AWFUL, and they seemingly don't care about their tenants wellbeing. Last year, I had my heat go out in the middle of winter, and it took them DAYS to even respond to my maintenance request, even after calling their "After Hours / Emergency Line". We were renting from Bachand for about 8 years. *Update. Beware renting a house. If the owner decides to sell the house, then you will recieve a vacate letter on your door. There is no protection from the owners and no sympathy. My wife and I recieved the aforementioned letter on our door and my wife was 7 months pregnant. Our son never even got to see the nursery. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO I WOULD! They were trying to force me to sign a lease that TOOK AWAY ALL INCLUDED UTILITIES. No heads up. No changes mentioned. A yearly increase of over $210. Slimy, disgusting terrible people work here! They’ll screw you over any chance they get and they give you a disgusting dirty house to move into! Brandi, Hunter, all of them.
Very unprofessional company, I called multiple times to get an answer on an application I submitted and the guy hunter kept lying and telling me he was going to call me back regarding an answer. Honestly a complete waste of time and money I see why their google reviews is 3.6
