the older gentleman was kind and understanding. The wife was opposite and was rude. I told them they could do whatever with the valuables all I wanted was my pictures and important documents but was told to pay 150 before I could get my pictures and documents. I was living out of state. to this day I still get emotional about it.

Great place to rent. Manager is always available and very helpful. 10/10 would rent again.
