When we moved from Ohio to Wyoming, we contacted Bach’s Storage for our storage unit. Holly was very kind and helpful during this process. We were very pleased with her finding the best storage unit to meet our needs. We ran into traffic problems and couldn’t get to the storage unit until late and she said that she would meet us there whenever we arrived. I would recommend Bach’s Storage and the professionalism that Holly showed us during our time of need.

the older gentleman was kind and understanding. The wife was opposite and was rude. I told them they could do whatever with the valuables all I wanted was my pictures and important documents but was told to pay 150 before I could get my pictures and documents. I was living out of state. to this day I still get emotional about it.
