Very clean, secure and helpful onsite staff!
We’ve been with this storage facility for over 10+ years. Great units, clean, security, well lit. Have never had any issues. Recently, we had some personal issues come up, and Charles and Elizabeth were incredibly understanding and worked with us every step of the way. We truly appreciate their kindness, patience, and willingness to help. Thank you both and Bach Self Storage!!
Great facility, very clean, good lighting and safe. The use of the truck is an extra bonus for bigger pieces. Elizabeth has been amazing to work with when adding and moving units.
Charles the manager and the staff are extremely helpful and communicative. They provide quick service and explanations. Bach self storage is fair on price and is very amenable. Would certainly recommend!
Amazing management. Been renting here for years now and moved into several different sizes. Transferring units was always smooth. Cleanliness is always top notch as well. 5 stars from me!
