Extremely poor customer service. Open only by appointment. Difficult and almost impossible to talk to a live person. I am 83 years old and just recently moved from St. Joseph, Mo where we used Rogers Pharmacy. No appointment for Rogers and easy to get c pap supplies and oxygen supplies. They would even deliver. Any doctor that recommends Bach Medical is doing a great dis service to their patients, John Larry Flinchpaugh

very disappointed in Bach medical supply for not fitting me for a straight leg brace for a torn ACL took my business elsewhereand it has been two weeks and still no straight leg brace been falling down all over the place popping my knee out of socket thanks a lot

Rude customer service!!! My wife and I got the same treatment 8 years ago but she wanted to try Bach again. We do not care if you are giving away what we need, we would rather pay full price down the street!!!!
