Extremely Disappointing Experience – Would Give 0 Stars If Possible I would rate this place even lower than 1 star if that was an option. They canceled our appointment at the last moment. We waited for this appointment for 3 weeks without a good reason. The front desk lady called and canceled because the OBGYN doctor didn’t show up the day before, and she was backed up on appointments and canceled our appointments. Very disappointed and unprofessional service from Bay Area Community Health. Not recommended at all; this place should replace all these employees, including the unprofessional OBGYN doctor, whoever she is.
I would give this place a rating lower than 1 if there were an option. It’s a terrible experience when it comes to community health centers. The customer service is subpar, and they repeatedly provided misleading information to patients. My appointment was canceled twice without any explanation. I strongly recommend avoiding scheduling appointments with the optometry department here.
I asked my doctor for an allergen test and her response was "if you're not dead yet, you're probably not gonna die"... very professional
Incompetente staff 😤 my daughter has asthma and needs medication and they offer me an appointment till October to get medication..definitely I’m going to report this clinic
