This company built a house neighboring my house. When they were working on the landscaping a root flew into my window and cracked it. When I came home from work and noticed it, I informed the construction manager and asked for a solution. Whether it was replacing the broken glass, replacing the entire window, something to make it look like it did before. Today, almost two years after the incident, I had look for a solution.
