Horrible experience while staying in an Airbnb property in Fredericksburg, TX managed by Bach Brothers. The cassita never cooled below 80 degrees in the day. The AC unit didn't work, the pool pump was not on with 8 people in the pool and 95+ degree temps, the hot tub was not available for use 2 out of 3 nights of stay, and 2 refrigerators without working ice. We have stayed at Vista Azul two times with our family, and it is WONDERFUL! It is ideally located close to all the conveniences of home, yet on a beautiful private hill. Bach Bros are so responsive and helpful. We will definitely book again!
Just finished a four night stay at the Wine Down house. The six of us were in Fredericksburg for a girls reunion weekend of college friends. The house is fabulous! We all commented that it might be the best short term rental property we have stayed at. With the main house, the "garage" house, and the "back" house it is so spacious. The Cosmopolitan House in Fredericksburg was perfect for our 50th birthday trip. It had everything our group needed. I would highly recommend staying here.
