Hit or Miss We have had a few dealings with this company. Ms. Bach was very helpful and attentive when we inquired about a property that she had listed. However one of her associates was not so accomodating. She was downright rude when returning my call in regards to a property that she had listed.
Did not have a favorable experience with management. I would recommend getting everything in writing at all times in business dealings and communication.
Just wanted anyone who was looking for a realtor in the Frederick, MD area that we DO NOT RECCOMEND Bach and Associates as a realtor office( More specifically Barb Swanhart). We resided in a rental home from 2013-Dec 2014 under their management and had nothing but headaches. We relocated to MD with US military and have found nothing but headaches and unprofessionalism while dealing with a real estate agent from Bach and Associates Frederick location. We have contacted multiple parties in this office to help remedy our unsatisfactory relationship with this agent to no avail without assistance. Buyers and sellers beware. Your calls will not be returned and communication will be subpar.
