I had an unfortunate experience with a staff member during a recent takeout order. After bringing the order home, we realized an item we had paid for was missing. I called the restaurant to inform them, and they agreed to provide the missing item. However, when I returned to pick it up, a female staff member accused me of lying. Her behavior was completely inappropriate and unacceptable. This experience was both frustrating and disappointing.
We had the pleasure of celebrating our sons’ graduation at Bacco Bisto’s recently opened party space and everything was absolutely amazing. Carmen and Tristan provided exceptional service with the personal touch that made this event exceptional for all our guests.The food was amazing and plentiful and everyone left raving about their meals and with leftovers that the team packaged up with care.
