The referral that my primary physician sent had the wrong phone number, so this office sent me a letter asking for me to call them. When I called the person who answered the phone rudely told me that their office didn’t sent letters. She wouldn’t let me talk and was about to hang up on me when I interrupted her rant to tell her who had signed the letter. She tried to tell me that person didn’t work there!
