Best fried chicken ever
A hidden gem in the heart of the city! My family has dined here for over 35 years, and now my spouse and I love to bring visitors and friends here visiting Chicago. They rave about their experience also long after they return home.

Celebrated Mother's Day with family yesterday and had a wonderful time. The waitress was attentive, not overbearing and we were not rushed. We hadn't been there in over 10 years so we were happy to return. The food was delicious and they give healthy portions! I got the chicken Vesuvio and was very pleased. All the food was good.

Wonderful service. Took my girlfriend there for her birthday and we had an amazing night. Ordered the calamari and that was excellent. We ordered the Veal parmigiana and the lasagna were spectacular as they were considered speciality dishes. Will definitely be coming back. I would like to try all of the *speciality* items on the menu!!!
Was brought here by a friend years ago... love it, place is small but the food is large with flavor. Parking tight but they have valet. If you looking for authentic Italian food this is the place
