I called 9 days ago to get an appointment to see the doctor as a new primary and still do not have an appointment and barely any communication from the office. They called me one time, about a week ago, to say that they'd gotten my message and "would call me back" to setup an appointment. I called to have him talked to me "he is to busy" I called another doctor to find out what to do and I told his office I did and still he never called me Really sad we have been patients for years

Absolute atrocious service, constantly messing with my elderly parents medication, my disabled veteran father is forced to go without medicine, for 7-10 days, because he doesn't have enough oxygen in his tank to make an appointment. My elderly mother is now having her prescription messed with because she tried to defend my father will be reporting to AMA.
