They used to be good and dependable, not sure what happened to them. They installed my AC some four years ago. About three weeks ago it quit working, so they came out and fixed it (charged me $377). Two days later it broke again. They came out a second time and did something else, got it working. And two days later it stopped working again (for the third time). Long story short this company is a joke and the ac men they have working for them are dismissive and not qualified by any means go else where. Today my landlord hired this company to send a ac repair man out to our house that is currently at 87 degrees. Our ac hasn’t been cooling properly for awhile as our house will be set on 74 and the temperature will be 81 in the house all day. Our unit was serviced and found to be rusted and in need of replacement. We were scheduled fairly soon. The new unit works great! The crew installing the unit was very professional.
Service driver driving through Winn-Dixie 35 40 miles an hour almost ran me over and three other elderly pedestrians call their phone number no one answered the phone this company is very unprofessional and very excessive reckless driving buy their employees do not ever uses company under no conditions !!!
