Very happy with their services. Charissa was friendly and welcoming as soon as we entered the store (we checked out the other jewelers at this mall and they felt hostile towards customers lol). I had them restring my jade bead bracelet and I picked it up a week after. Fair pricing too ($20)! I would go back to them for future purchases.
