$250 to “reassemble a bunk bed” the bed was just moved into the units storage room in the complex because a child wasnt living in that room and was stated no where in lease that it couldnt be done. $50 to screw in 5 lightbulbs that were already purchased, $115 to clean out garbage disposal. Couldnt be bothered to fix water in fridge for 12 months or call out someone for the cockroach reported in the first week of move in. Wouldnt recommend.

Baca Realty does a great job managing my property in El Reno OK. They keep the tenants happy and renew the leases and find new tenants when necessary. All I do is watch the money come in.
