Great staff, very attentive to any questions you might have.
I developed covid a couple of years ago. Contacted Dept of Health. They referred me to Baca Community Health. They took care of me right away. I have been with them ever since as my main provider. I have excellent care every time I go. I love the care and understanding I get from each of the staff there. Very professional and very clean facility. Thank you so much for the care. Best wishes.
They told us to be here 15 mins early just to make us wait over an hour to see a doctor. Then when we asked about how much longer it would be the nurse said it'll be shortly and slammed the door in our face. So rude
What a great experience I had here. I had a wound that needed to be tended to but had no insurance. I went to the clinic as a walk in & was in & out within 2 hours. They do set appointments & those with appointments do come first. All the staff I met from entering all through my care was excellent. Shoutouts to both Vanessa & Maria, I so appreciate your tender loving care. The pricing there was great! Way lower than anywhere else I checked.
I am so grateful for Baca Communtiy Health. They always treat me with dignity and respect. They are prompt, professional, and have yummy snacks in the lobby! Thank you Suzette & Staff.
