Avoid BCH if you value your health! Suzette is so money hungry it's disgusting. She will not help you, that's not why she's in business. She cannot listen to patients or read written communication. She should not interact with patients and will happily charge you for anything and everything possible while delaying referrals and documents. Suzette - you wouldn't need to apologize if you paid attention and did your job!!! Would love to give them 5 stars, the provider is amazing! She listens, she's helpful, she cares. Appointments are easily accessible and quick. The front desk staff however...She's extremely rude! She needs to work on customer service. Especially being the first face you see and interact with. She sets the tone for your whole visit. I would hate to stop coming here just based off of her. But I don't want to feel unwelcome at all anywhere I go. Hopefully they help her work towards a more positive interaction with patients!
Baca Community Health is our go to Medical Provider for all of our families needs . We love the care that is provided and the flexibility this clinic offers with allowing walk-ins. We have been Helped by VANESSA multiple times. She is always so cheerful, welcoming and great with my 4 year old daughter. 5/5 care!
I love this Dr. Office. I always feel heard and seen. Nancy is always kind and smiling. This place has been a blessing for me and my family.
The nurse practitioner's there will take half an hour to see you and when they do they will only talk to you for only two to four minutes they will not help with anything to do with pain or if you have more than two problems to address you have to make another appointment. I'm not going back to this place ever again.
