Was calling to get seen for an acute situation and they told me the wait is 3 months until December. The girl on the phone wasn’t helpful at all.
I've been treated her several times and it's been the best care I've had in a long time. Maria Golson has listened to my concerns and has referred me when needed for further treatment, and thanks to her care and follow up with changing my medication my blood pressure is so much better. I highly recommend Maria and BCH.
Avoid BCH if you value your health! Suzette is so money hungry it's disgusting. She will not help you, that's not why she's in business. She cannot listen to patients or read written communication. She should not interact with patients and will happily charge you for anything and everything possible while delaying referrals and documents. Suzette - you wouldn't need to apologize if you paid attention and did your job!!! Would love to give them 5 stars, the provider is amazing! She listens, she's helpful, she cares. Appointments are easily accessible and quick. The front desk staff however...She's extremely rude! She needs to work on customer service. Especially being the first face you see and interact with. She sets the tone for your whole visit. I would hate to stop coming here just based off of her. But I don't want to feel unwelcome at all anywhere I go. Hopefully they help her work towards a more positive interaction with patients!
