BAC Trac came out to handle a three-phase shower drain repair, and I can’t say enough good things. I was a nervous wreck, especially after a disastrous Phase 2, but Mr. John and his two crew members completely turned things around. Phase 3 was fantastic—timely, meticulous, and just immaculate. Mr. John was so kind and reassuring, and after he finished, my anxiety just melted away. I’m beyond grateful for their care, their professionalism, and the spotless cleanup. Truly a five-star experience.

I had a terrible leak from one of my valves at the tankless heater a week after warranty. I repaired part of it myself but still have to keep a small bucket underneath. I found out the part is defective from the manufacturer but since I'm just shy of the 1 year warranty they won't help at all. They should stand behind the parts the install.

I don't know anything about them as a company, but I don't plan on using them in the future. One of their drivers almost caused an accident in front of me with a cement truck by swerving in and out of traffic. After I was run off the road, he then proceeded to ride my bumper as I was trying to enter my neighborhood. It made me feel unsafe, so I called management. They have yet to return my call on the matter for over a week, even though the gentleman who took my call was kind.
