Professional and honest. Called them for inspection of the attic and possible water leak and the gentleman came immediately. Technician spent a good amount of time checking everything and truthfully recommended solutions. Definitely recommend them!
Great installation job done at our home. From my first phone call, to the estimate, the proposal, and finally the install of 2 ductless units, everything was great. Brian and Andrew were so incredibly compassionate and responsive to my elderly parents’ need for a new AC system just before the recent heatwave. Their installation team did an Amazing job — they were polite, considerate and very clean! Drop cloths were laid out wherever they walked and they even made sure to vacuum their work area afterwards. Any leftover debris was neatly left behind for sanitation. I am so grateful for BAC’s kindness and incredible service. They were/are a 10 out of 5!! Thank you!!!!!
I had BAC systems install a new heat pump system in my house. Brian and his team were exceptional. They were thorough, clean, explained everything step by step. The installation was quick and seamless. Highly recommend them.
