Terrible banco... horrible comunicación y horrible servicio al cliente... aléjate de este banco.
Paguei o IPTU e venho pagando minhas DARFS e não consigo o comprovante. Detalhe atualmente moro fora do país e preciso comprovar o pagamento do IPTU para ser ressarcida pelo inquilino. Um absurdo não conseguir emitir um comprovante via APP
They stole $12,772.45 from a client of mine (who is also family). This was reserve money for mortgage payments. Their customer service team lacks decent processes and FDIC procedures. They just shift the blame to other banks like BofA.
My husband, michael and I have dealt with this bank for a number of years. The representatives have always been courteous and super helpful. We have moved back to new york but still continue to do business with the bank.
