From the moment I stepped in the door it felt so comfortable. The girl at front desk who checks in and does the sonogram is AMAZING!! She’s so sweet and makes you feel very comfortable.

I went to babyvision for a 3D sonogram at 27 weeks. As soon as I laid on the bed the sonogram technician told me she couldn’t perform the scan because of the position of my baby. The whole thing lasted maybe 30 seconds. I made an appointment to go back 2 weeks later to be re-scanned, unfortunately during that time I lost my baby. I contacted baby vision to see if they would be kind enough to refund me since they literally did nothing. I was super hesitant. I called and asked a thousand questions because I was nervous. The girl said they wouldn’t tell us unless they were 100% accurate or positive! So tell me why at 16 weeks 4 days someone would mistake the gender.. I threw a gender reveal thing. They were so quick to take my $44.00. I haven’t been able to call because I have no idea how to say “you messed up” PLEASE don’t tell a mom a gender without being 100000 % percent sure.

BabyVision has been one of the best experiences I’ve got to do since I got pregnant. I had ultrasounds at the doctor but never felt comfortable. With my two recent visits we were with Brian and he was amazing. He informed us so much about everything that was going on during the ultrasound and made us feel very comfortable. The prices are literally the cheapest you will find for all services. I can’t wait to go back for our 3D and 4D photos.
