Avoid this place!! Communication is horrible and the service is not good!! Management does not seem to care about anything besides taking your money!! You will be disappointed trust me and have to pay elsewhere to get a proper answer or service!! Iâm sure management will response to this like they have with all the other bad reviews!! Give me my refund!!!Â
Iâm really disappointed with my experience. I paid $180 for a baby scan package, but unfortunately none of the images clearly showed my baby. I was offered a complimentary rescan, which I appreciated, but the results were no better. After that, I was told I would be booked with a more senior sonographer who was better at obtaining difficult images. If I could put less than 1 star, believe me I would. From start to finish, everything about my scan screamed inexperienced. I wish I had the courage to speak up for myself during the appointment but unfortunately I was holding back tears of disappointment the entire time. Such a beautiful and memorable experience, completely unlike a regular ultrasound in the best possible way. From the minute we walked in it was the most comforting yet exciting feeling, the beautiful technician I believe her name is Ruqa (hopefully) was so kind & understanding, she had to persist a lot with bubs positioning and Iâm so grateful that she did.
