Long review but MUST read!! Came across their website and everything looked great, worlds best technology they state so I booked an appointment. This experience was very weird and unsettling, I was told I would get my images in 2-3 business day but haven’t been sent anything even after reaching out via text message to get my photos and being ignored. This experience was very unprofessional as the ultrasound was conducted on a recliner/ couch, which felt very unhygienic. I am still to receive my photos, and the “wifi transfer during your appointment” isn’t an option we were told we should take a photo of the tv if we wanted some of our photos now.Â
I had a very disappointing experience at Babyview Ultrasound Adelaide. I went in at 37 weeks pregnant for a reassurance scan, fully aware that images might not be perfect at this stage and that determining gender could be difficult. I purchased a package for $190 expecting at least some effort to provide images or a meaningful scan experience. Unfortunately, the sonographer had no idea what she was doing. I attended Babyview Clinic for a Valentine’s Day 3D/4D scan when I was 27 weeks and 6 days pregnant, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. We were assigned a trainee scanner, who told us she was still learning. While I understand everyone has to learn, this should have been clearly explained beforehand and we should have been given the choice to proceed or wait for a qualified sonographer.
