I visited BabyView with my daughter for her scan, and the sonographer was incredibly kind, gentle, and professional. I loved seeing my grandson in 5D — the images were beautifully clear. Thank you so much!Â
Update: I did finally receive my photos but I had many issues in contacting them. I had my scan over 2 weeks ago now and still haven't received any of my photos after calling them 3 times now. The last time I called they said they would get back to me with any information and I'm still waiting for an update. I am really disappointed with this, especially after paying almost $200 for this service. I wouldn't recommend this place.Â
I had the best experience at BABYVIEW not even a week ago, from the moment we walked in we felt welcome. The sonographer was absolutely lovely and explained everything to us perfectly. I couldn’t be happier with the way the appointment and my photos turned out!Â
Very disappointing experience. We were in the room for maybe 5 minutes — possibly even less. The sonographer looked like she didn’t want to be there at all. She quickly put the gel on my tummy, showed me the baby, said “he’s fine, his heart is strong, here’s his face,” and that was it. The whole appointment felt rushed, like they just wanted to get through as many people as possible and take our money. Very disappointing experience! Came for a 10 minute reassurance scan today, the Sonographer didn’t so much as introduce herself. Gave me a chux cloth for the gel. The room felt stuffy and cramped. Listened to the heartbeat and were asked “is that all you wanted to see, that’s 70 dollars thanks” it was barely 5 minutes.
