Had my 2D Gender Reveal booked a month in advance & they cancelled it 3 hours before my scan today, I had my whole family coming over for the reveal tonight really not happy with this experience & now I’ve lost out money on. The Gender Reveal Surprise for my family unsure why my appointment was cancelled but very unprofessional on Baby Views Behalf if short staff is your issue maybe hire more peopleÂ
I had my scan over 2 weeks ago now and still haven't received any of my photos after calling them 3 times now. The last time I called they said they would get back to me with any information and I'm still waiting for an update. I am really disappointed with this, especially after paying almost $200 for this service. I wouldn't recommend this place at all and it seems like I am never getting my photos from this scan.Â
So so so bad! 2nd time visiting and it was the same the first time now sure why I thought it was going to be a different experience, the lady doesn’t welcome you at all just a poxy sign telling you to sit down and wait, the scan photos are horrible i payed $200 and didn’t even get 1 photo of my baby’s face in 3/4D I was scanned really quickly and pushed out of that room asap. if you want to feel like you’ve been scammed come to Baby View, i recently visited first impressions of the place was eerie and unwelcoming, hand written signs telling you to just sit and wait until appointment time, i brought the biggest package you get $220 and if just like to say it was a complete waste as there machine doesn’t even look like it’s capable of 2D as the view was very pixilated and blurry. i’ve waited over 48hrs to receive my email with my photosÂ
