Went there at 16 weeks waited 2 weeks never received my photos contacted them and finally they said sorry system failed we will give you a free scan.. had my free scan and it's been over a month ( probably 6 weeks now) and still haven't received my photos and can't contact them ( they never pick up or reply to messages) they are a waste of money and time .. I visited BabyView with my daughter for her scan, and the sonographer was incredibly kind, gentle, and professional. I loved seeing my grandson in 5D — the images were beautifully clear. Thank you so much!Â
Update: I did finally receive my photos but I had many issues in contacting them. I had my scan over 2 weeks ago now and still haven't received any of my photos after calling them 3 times now. The last time I called they said they would get back to me with any information and I'm still waiting for an update. I am really disappointed with this, especially after paying almost $200 for this service. I wouldn't recommend this place.Â
