Terrible experience, a complete waste of money and time. Even after booking a rescan, I experienced the same excuses and the same lack of professionalism. The management is extremely irresponsible, and the staff appear poorly trained and inexperienced. There was no proper service, it felt like they were simply taking your money without delivering the service you paid for. đź‘Ž I seriously regret not checking the reviews before booking. Would not recommend.Â
Very poor service. I should check the reviews before I book the appointment. Communication is very poor. They say same thing with every client that baby is not cooperating. All they have to do is management will review and will back to u but they never back to you anymore. Being a pregnant lady it’s very much frustrating and disappointing. Such a wonderful experience at our appointment last night! The specialist did an amazing job of explaining everything we were seeing throughout the scan. We were able to see and hear our baby's heartbeat, and were provided with some beautiful images to take home with us. After experiencing a previous pregnancy loss, this appointment was everything we needed in terms of reassurance. We left feeling so happy and grateful for such a positive experience.
