I had the premium package. The staff was friendly but the girl doing my sono didnt seem confident when she told me the gender, the photos that were given to me were not that great..I didn't complain because i knew i would be getting another sono with my doctor which had no complaints there, the photos came out amazing. My second visit for my 3d I asked the girl if the music can be cut out because when playing the DVD u cant hear the baby's heartbeat and she said it wasnt possible. I just had my first appointment today. My baby was sleepy at first, but then she wouldn't stop moving. The tech was very patient and although my baby wasn't letting her record the heartbeat easily she was finally able to get it! The environment was welcoming and I absolutely loved the set up in the sono room. It may seem like a pretty penny to pay, but it was worth every cent! I cannot wait to go for my second appointment to see my 4d pics and my baby's growth!
