RecommendedStacy came to my house for a lactation consult this week and it was amazing. She reassured me that I was doing a good job and helped my husband and I to learn some techniques to soothe our little one before feedings. She taught us stretches to help him calm down and loosen his jaw before feedings. This is my second time nursing but my first time trying to nurse a baby with a tongue and lip tie. Stacy helped me with latch and positioning and has provided support on the phone. She is an amazing Lactation consultant!
My baby, Harper, started out in the NICU which has its own challenges with feeding. She required oxygen which made it a bit more difficult to feed. She went home without oxygen a few weeks later and I was very nervous about feeding her at home. Stacy was so wonderful.
