Finally found a place where they actually do a great job! I’ve tried so many places and they don’t compare to Babylon Nails and Spa. I actually thought it was gonna be like other places; misshapen nails, lumps, etc but it passed the lump test, there isn’t any! Tracy did an amazing job and took her time, the other girls were amazing as well helping out. This will be my go to place from now on, my search is over, Babylon is the place for me, thank you ladies.

Three strikes: I've been here before and it was fine but today some mistakes were made that took off stars If there's a wait for walk-in they should let customer know how long instead of seating me and letting me think we would be starting soon instead of 20+ mins later There should be standard service across the board whether the shop is busy or not. I’ve been to quite a few nail salons in Rancho, and this one really feels like a hit or miss. After reading some of the reviews, I have to agree—there are times when the staff will speak about clients in their own language or even with other customers. While I’m not overly sensitive to this (and realistically, many salons do it), I do think it creates a less welcoming environment, especially when getting your nails done now costs well over $100 with tip. Horrible! They don’t want to massage, they can barely manage a slight touch. They all wear masks and gloves.. They chat back and forth to each other in a language we don’t understand. They over charge. It’s a very boring salon with the same song over and over. The tvs are on yet there’s volume, and I dont know what they are watching! A very odd name and their services are very odd!
