I've been a patient at this office for many years and have seen multiple doctors. Every experience until recently has been positive — I've always felt safe, heard, and well cared for. Unfortunately, I've now had two appointments with Dr. David H, and both times I left feeling dismissed and unheard. The interactions felt unnecessarily combative and not patient-centered. For many years, I would give this place a five star review. As a patient since before the Patchogue office opened , I comply to all appointments and try to get the best care for my teeth now I’m left in an unimaginable horror situation. I just needed a buildup on my lower bridge/denture to get me by till I can get through my cancer surgery went into the office and they couldn’t do anything.
