I love my gel pedi. Ilanys was very sweet and asked lots of questions about what I wanted for my nails. Its a really nice nail salon, definitely felt very relaxed and pampered
I booked an appointment via text message after Carolina, the manager, confirmed there was availability at 10:30 AM. When I arrived at 10:20 AM, the technician was still working on another client and never finished. I ended up waiting for an hour and left at 11:30 AM without receiving any service at all. I had my acrylics done at a different salon, but I came here to have them removed and to get builder gel applied to help restore my nail health. My nail tech today, Ellen, was amazing. She was kind, funny, and super detail oriented. At other salons, I usually feel a bit anxious because my nails are handled pretty roughly. I went in this past Saturday with an inspo picture for how I wanted my nails done for my wedding. When I left I didn't love how they turned out cause they didn't compare to the picture I had shown them. My mom took me back today and explained the situation and they were so kind and fixed it for me free of charge. They were so sweet and kind! We tried tipping Hong (the nail tech who fixed my nails) but the tip was refused. She was just happy to help and get my nails how I wanted them.
