I’ve been a loyal customer and I’ve gotten my haircut today. I noticed I was charged extra for a service that I didn’t get for “hair premium “. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back because services are never explained beforehand. Also! Just got an update from the salon. If you have long thick hair then you will have to be charge twice for it. Their haircut for long hair is more expensive than if you have medium or short hair. Holly was very sweet, friendly and attentive. After my cut and style, I felt my haircut (a blunt bob) was cute. However, after washing and letting my hair dry naturally, I noticed really apparent unevenness and choppiness, which I believe is hard to mess up with a simple blunt bob, but here we are.
