Had a massage at 38+ weeks and I wish I would've went to BYB to see Kristyn waaaay sooner. Incredibly relaxing 90min massage, with helpful wisdom/education from masseuse during the experience. I learned some new sleeping/breathing techniques as well. Highly recommend.

Kristyn was one of the best finds during my pregnancy and postpartum. She's an incredible masseuse and is so detail oriented. She understands how your body changes and the best positions to keep you comfortable. Not only that but she gives wonderful advice and recommendations to moms. She's also really safe with temperature checks and masks so you don't have to worry about getting sick. She's been one of the best resources for me and endlessly supportive. Can't recommend her enough!!!
