Their website allowed us to purchase a 4D baby scan in October which we wanted to gift to a friend. Post accepting payment, the system showed no appointments available anytime in the foreseeable future. Later noticed they are completely closed during Covid and not accepting bookings, but somehow their payment system had no issues taking payment from us. only giving one star because it cant be lower. to say the customer service is disgusting is an understatement. my partner paid for a scan, ended up cancelling after reading the reviews and now the company refuses to answer the phone or reimburse her for the payment. this has been going for a month now. Have already reported the company to watchdog but wanted everyone to be very clear to stay well away from this company. Very nice establishment, very clean with nice staff, but I was underwhelmed by the experience even despite not paying full price. When I left a review stating as much they replied publicly saying they would offer another appointment free of charge, however when I tried to contact them (through various ways) they never responded or answered the phone so it wasn't possible to claim the free appointment which I found very underhand and as though they had only offered the rescan to appease anyone who might be put off by my revie... read more
Not even one star would be appropriate .... It has been more than 3 months since I have paid for my scan (Mid march) as they debit immediately, even before you can actually secure an appointment. And I have been trying to call, email since then and no one answers nor pick up the phone...I have even visited the 'clinic' this week but no one was there.
