This is the kind of small business that makes everyone who walks through their door feel welcome. I bought my first real sewing machine here, nearly 4 years ago. I hadn't been back in since. Today I went in to look at another machine, not only did the owner remember me, but he (and his employee) went out of their way to accommodate me, even giving me a discount for being a repeat customer! This is the BEST small business I have EVER been to. I showed up in a rush 10 minutes before they closed and asked for help to figure out a hand-me-down sewing machine that I couldn't get to work. I expected to be charged and told some kind of repairs needed to be made and would have not known any better because I'm new to the sewing world. But the owner was AMAZING! this was the best customer service i have ever received.. not only were the staff helpful, but they were knowelegable about the products. they offer quality products @ affordable prices... i would refer them to anyone, & would deffinatley use them again....
