Wonderful experience here today. Staff was lovely and personable from front desk to ultrasound tech and the owner was so helpful! We felt like we got some great pictures and they took their time making sure we were happy. There was a miscommunication with what was included in my purchased package and the owner made sure to make it right! 5 stars and cannot recommend this place enough! The experience was nice but I am very disappointed that I paid to get my baby's heartbeat sound in a Bunny Plushie but unfortunately they didn't have it in stock so they informed me that they would call me once they received it. It has been years and I never received that call. I paid for it before hand so I find it very unfair. I reached out years later they said I would have to purchase another one DISREGARD the fact that I had an email receipt.
