If I could I would give them no stars. The reviews on here are lies. Do not shop at baby hair the quality and grade is not the same. I am highly disappointed in buying 4 bundles plus a closure and still not enough hair. Also I get back to baby hair to show them the shortened length and he made every excuse instead of working with a now lost customer. Hair is thin, hair does not feel like the old quality!

Second time reusing, the hair quality itself is nice, the hair just has a bad smell to it no matter how many times you wash it, pricey for 3 bundles and the widths are short I purchased 3 bundles and ended up needing another bundle

I was recommended to this place by a friend, and I’m so glad she did! My experience was absolutely fantastic. Oscar, the sales associate, was amazing—extremely knowledgeable, kind, and a true pleasure to work with. I highly recommend shopping here and will definitely be coming back!

First time visiting this establishment with my daughter and the experience was great!! Clean on the inside, which is very important. The customer service was impeccable. Oscar was knowledgeable, kind, patient and professional. Oscar was very accommodating to make sure we received the perfect product. I highly recommend and will definitely return.
