I’ve been purchasing this hair on and off since 2018, and I must say the quality has drastically decreased. I just purchased 3 22in bundles of body wave hair in store last week, and after getting them installed here’s an update: Not only did I suspect the bundles were small—the hairstylist who installed them commented that the wefts are thick, but there’s little to no hair per bundle. 3 month update: when I first installed the hair is was beautiful but sadly the hair did not stand the test of time. I bought 3 bundles of the Peruvian loose wave and after 3 installs the hair is shedding and matted. I tried deep conditioning and usually take good care of my hair. If you are someone that likes to get multiple uses out of your hair I wouldn’t suggest. I won’t lie the initial install was beautiful.

I was shocked that Baby Hair, Inc provided such poor customer service, although most of their customers spend well over $200.00 per purchase. Hair samples were not on display to help the customer compare hair types, lengths and density. Instead, there were washed out images on the wall used to help you select a hair type. When I asked to see a bundle, the uninterested sales associate, that talks fast, goes to the back and brings out one bundle at a time. Amazing quality hair ! Although it can have a smell depending on the batch it washes well, doesn’t shed and last !

Bought the hair yesterday and got it installed shortly after. Soon as the stylist wet it wash the bundles, you immediately notice a corn chip smell coming from the hair. Wet the hair again today and same thing. Ready to take it out and throw it away. MIND YOU I JUST BOUGHT IT YESTERDAY. It's like they have the lights off in the place. Also If I would've know this and that the hair would be a light brown I wouldn't have bought it.
