I was recommended to this place by a friend, and I’m so glad she did! My experience was absolutely fantastic. Oscar, the sales associate, was amazing—extremely knowledgeable, kind, and a true pleasure to work with. I highly recommend shopping here and will definitely be coming back!
First time visiting this establishment with my daughter and the experience was great!! Clean on the inside, which is very important. The customer service was impeccable. Maybe, over ten years ago, baby hair inc had the best hair in the city, worth every penny. Today, I decided I wanted to buy new hair, but after reading current reviews, I’m skeptical. I’m going to visit in hopes these opinions are only opinions and not actualities.
I’ve been purchasing this hair on and off since 2018, and I must say the quality has drastically decreased. I just purchased 3 22in bundles of body wave hair in store last week, and after getting them installed here’s an update: Not only did I suspect the bundles were small—the hairstylist who installed them commented that the wefts are thick, but there’s little to no hair per bundle. 3 month update: when I first installed the hair is was beautiful but sadly the hair did not stand the test of time. I bought 3 bundles of the Peruvian loose wave and after 3 installs the hair is shedding and matted. I tried deep conditioning and usually take good care of my hair. If you are someone that likes to get multiple uses out of your hair I wouldn’t suggest. I won’t lie the initial install was beautiful.
