While working on my DIY loop lock baby pool fence installation, I reached out looking for sleeves — even though Chris doesn’t normally sell parts, he generously offered them to me at no cost. Really happy with the fence. They did a great job and it makes me feel a lot safer with the kids.
Chris goes above and beyond for his clients. I had him install a pool fence last year and he was nothing but professional and well priced. This year, unfortunately - my extra large umbrella was taken by the wind in a storm and did major damage to a major portion of my fence, which affected two panels. Chris is amazing to work with! I was extremely nervous because I have porcelain tiles and I was concerned about them chipping but everything was perfect! Chris came and tested an extra piece of tile to see how it would hold up and although there was no guarantee that they would not chip or break, Chris took his time doing my job and I could not be happier and have peace of mind now when my granddaughter comes over.
