Angel is very professional and experienced, and explained the details very clearly. The whole process was very smooth and organized. The place is clean and neat. I was scared a year ago to go through the process specifically because I get very anxious with new environments and not know what to expect. Reading the instructions over and over helped me prepare and I know what to expect to the dot.
