Changed my rating from 5 to 1 because I scheduled an appointment for tonight at 6 showed up and the place was closed. Their hours say always open, so I should have been accommodated, there was no apology or even a sense of remorse for their mistake. For this reason I will not recommend baby bound ultrasound to any one. I really had my hopes set on seeing my baby and instead went home very upset. I would have removed all stars if possible.
We went yesterday for Gender Reveal and it was such a wonderful experience. Our tech was so sweet an knowledgeable and spent plenty of time with us. It was a warm, comfortable environment. We will be going back later in the pregnancy to see that sweet little face!
I had my first Ultrasound (sneak peak at 8 weeks) and I loved everything about Baby bound! Rachel was so sweet! I cant wait to go back throughout my whole pregnancy! Found out it's A Girl at my gender ultrasound today! Such a beautiful environment with an amazingly nice ultrasound tech <3 our Expierience was amazing! Thanks again!!
