This is the perfect exercise group for moms with young children. I can get in my workout and my little ones can nap, snack or play with the other kids. I can go 5 days a week and there are different types of classes every day that challenge me. There are extra group activities to join in as well. Can't say enough great things about Baby Bootcamp! The works are fun & challenging at the same time. It is 100% a no judgement zone. Your kids get to socialize & burn off some energy while you get your workout in. There are mini Mom's nights out which are fun as well - Pilates reformer, mini spa day, Mani pedis, etc. You can sign up for 1 day or all week, which is a great feature too.

I have been attending Baby Boot Camp for almost a year now and it has completely gotten me back into shape as a new mom. I feel such a difference in my body - stronger, more stamina. I love that class is an activity for my kids, while it’s a work out for me. And when I have to tend to them, it’s ok because everyone understands, so it’s just about doing the best and most I can each class. It’s a safe, comfortable, supportive and accepting environment.
