Unprofessional service and poor quality — proceed with caution. We wanted to love this business. When Miss Helen came to do the initial walkthrough, we felt her quoted price was very fair, but because we wanted to support her, we opted to pay well above what she requested. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill immediately. Every time a window was set, they arrived 2 to 3 hours late or pushed for last-minute reschedules. Booked a cleaning service since I just had a baby and wanted a deep clean. Mind you I had a deep clean done at the end of March and clean the house daily so besides the master bath being a bit dirty would love to see the photos she is referencing. I Wasn’t home during the cleaning and paid in full already.
