This complex is advertised as a peaceful, well-managed community, but that is not the experience we’ve had. For over five months, our unit has been infested with cockroaches, despite multiple complaints and requests for help. Pest control did not enter the unit until mid-May 2025, even though the issue was first reported in December 2024.
