Toxic mold
Horrible. Avoid renting here. There is roaches everywhere and management don’t care.
I lived at Babus 3 years ago and like many of the other tenants who no longer live there, became EXTREMELY sick from the rampant toxic black mold. I caution anyone considering this complex to look elsewhere.
Come and talk to me for renting an apartment, open 9 to 5pm Monday-Friday.
