Today I saw GREED as I went to my appointment at this office. Last week, while scheduling my yearly appointment, I was told explicitly by the receptionist that I had to have my bloodwork done prior to my appointment. I did so and a nurse took my blood pressure before getting my bloodwork order and bloodwork done. Today, while attending my yearly exam, I was told that I was charged for a "nurse visit" for getting that bloodwork done along with a $50.00 draw fee from Quest. I visit two times i am completely disappointed i explain my health condition to the doctor Douglas W .Edgren he always replied i don't know ,,, I don't know its just waste of time and money and they charge also 125 for my husband and just told him to take care of his diet that's it and also told me to take care of your nutrition and give me a print copy of iron rich food the doctor don't talk by himself we again and again asked him the questions than my husband requested that plz suggest some kind of medicine than finally he... read more
I just wanna say im not out to condemn or make doctor's out to be bad people I don't believe that. But if you have complicated, concerning symptoms dont go here. The best duty of care, most compassionate care came from a med student out of this clinic. Not the certified and doctrined staff. The assistants were rude. The main doctor on staff shrugged his shoulders at my symptoms and just yea no one cared except a med student. So if youre going to lay your life into a practice and expect them to help and heal you dont go here.
My experience here has been really good. Since day one they been take good care of me.
First visit - online patient portal for paperwork, patient reminders, no wait time, staff was courteous and helpful. I walked away knowing my concerns were addressed and heard with a plan to address my issue now and clearly follow-ups to reassess. Highly recommend.
