She ruined my hair. She tried my hair and left it looking blotchy. My hair looks terrible when I left the salon. I had to go back because she left patches and that made it worse. And to top it off she charged me to “fix” my hair. My mistake for going to her. I should’ve known by the 6 page consent form that the hairstyle would be trash. My hair is still recovering from the mess she said.
