I had a very disappointing experience. After spending 6.5 hours in the chair for a simple highlight touch up and cut, my hair was left damaged, and I experienced scalp irritation and burning due to products to try correct her mess up. The service was unprofessional, and the stylist was rude. I was especially frustrated that more time seemed to be spent on her own hair, false eyelashes, and makeup during my appointment than on my hair and the quality of the service I was paying for. My interaction with Babs was actually pretty shocking. I had an appt on a Sunday at 11:30am. And two hours before my appt she cancels on me. She did apologize and I understand emergencies come up but then she proceeded to BLOW up my phone with text messages after I said that I did not want to take the rescheduled spot she moved me to. Babs did such an amazing job on my hair! She really listened to what I wanted and absolutely brought my vision to life. I left feeling so confident and obsessed with my hair. She was also so sweet and welcoming throughout the whole appointment. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for someone who truly cares about her clients and their hair goals! 🫶
