My interaction with Babs was actually pretty shocking. I had an appt on a Sunday at 11:30am. And two hours before my appt she cancels on me. She did apologize and I understand emergencies come up but then she proceeded to BLOW up my phone with text messages after I said that I did not want to take the rescheduled spot she moved me to. Babs did such an amazing job on my hair! She really listened to what I wanted and absolutely brought my vision to life. I left feeling so confident and obsessed with my hair. She was also so sweet and welcoming throughout the whole appointment. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for someone who truly cares about her clients and their hair goals! 🫶
Overall pleased with my haircut and color change.
She ruined my hair. She tried my hair and left it looking blotchy. My hair looks terrible when I left the salon. I had to go back because she left patches and that made it worse. And to top it off she charged me to “fix” my hair. My mistake for going to her. I should’ve known by the 6 page consent form that the hairstyle would be trash. My hair is still recovering from the mess she said.
