Just walk in and smell, and you will be in heaven. The friendliest employees and the most delicious goodies = highly recommended!
The biggest problem with this place wasn't the food - it is the service. I've rarely encountered someone in the hospitality business who seemed so openly hostile toward people. What should have been a simple interaction turned into an unnecessarily unpleasant experience because of a rude, dismissive attitude. There was no attempt to be courteous or professional, just an air of annoyance from the start. .
Exxxxxcellent Babka!!
Wow. Stumbled on to Babkush while walking in the neighborhood. The two kinds of rugelach (raisin/walnut and chocolate!) as well as the chocolate babka were better than anything in North Jersey or the City. And how charming the staff! I’m so excited to come back for seasonal treats as well. Thank you thank you thank you for putting so much care into what you do and sharing it with us. It’s a mitzvah!
