I've gotten callbacks from corpses quicker than their joke of a business office. The medical professionals themselves are great- Doc Rizzo in particular is stellar-- but the administrative side is a shambles. Its disorganized, rude, forgetful-- basically, everything that you would hope your doctor's business office ISN'T....IS at Baber and has been for as long as I've been a patient.
Good gravy! I don’t understand where the negative reviews are coming from! Maybe the fact that the staff never seems to ASK patients to review and is just focused on patient care at a busy practice —- just leaves cranky people who want to fuss about something reviewing. We see Jessica Waters and she is fantastic! Three of my family members have been at the practice over 8 years time and have never had any trouble with the prescription line at all. Dr. Baber is the best psychiatrist ever! I've been seeing him on and off for 22 years. He has helped me through my darkest times. He is not only extremely intelligent but he's such a sweet guy. I also see Rob Downing at his office for therapy and again, he is amazing! I love the fact that my psychiatrist and therapist are at the same location...it really helps.
