Follow up on damages caused to our driveway from their delivery truck. Damages were buckled asphalt 2’x1’, cracked and edge crumbling. Driveway sealed 2 months before. Damaged occurred 7/01/2025. Company was informed upon completion of the roof, 7/03/2025. 2 emails from the company since that time. Roofing crew were great! Color selection of shingle great! Price was mid-range for the area. Crew allowed us to keep old plywood and larger pieces that were cut which is usually hauled away.
The Baber team was extremely responsive, from the initial proposal to completing the job. Very helpful in picking the right materials and color. Fair price. And I really appreciated their efforts to keep the jobsite clean and pick up the random nails and screws.
Do your driver's normally flip people off on the road? Maybe tell them to slow down hope you don't treat your customers this way.
I had my roof replaced and new gutters with gutter guards installed on our house. The crew did an amazing job. They were very professional and did the entire job in a single day because rain was expected overnight. I have used them before and recommend them to family and friends.
